The world's largest clean energy corridor achieves its first full capacity operation in 2025, with power generation over 1.4 TWh on a single day On September 11, the peak maximum output of the world's largest clean energy corridor reached 70.33 GW, setting a new historical record.

The cumulative power generation over the years of the six cascade hydropower stations on the main stream of the Yangtze River under CYPC exceeded 4,000 TWh, equivalent to saving about 1.2 billion tonnes of standard coal and reducing CO2 emissions by nearly 3.3 billion tonnes.
October 24
The water level at the front of the Three Gorges Reservoir reached 175 meters, successfully achieving the 2025 impoundment target. On October 25, the cascade reservoirs on the main stream of the Yangtze River under the Company successfully completed the annual impoundment task.

In September and October, the Company effectively responded to the most intense West China autumn rainfall since 1961, successfully managing nine flood events at the Three Gorges Reservoir within 50 days—each with inflows exceeding 25,000 m³/s—thus firmly safeguarding the Yangtze River against floods.

The Songxin Hydropower Station on the Heishui River was completely dismantled, achieving the phased goal of watershed ecological restoration.

Digital Grid Research Institute of China Southern Power Grid, a company in which the Company holds an equity interest, was successfully listed.

The Company officially took over the dam safety monitoring operations for the Wudongde and Baihetan hydropower plants, completing the full transfer of dam monitoring management authority for the hydropower stations on the Lower Jinsha River.
December 12
The equity delivery of the Red Coral Wind Farm Project in Peru was successfully completed, increasing Luz del Sur's installed wind capacity by 135.7 MW and making it the largest wind power operator in Peru.
As of December 31
The annual power generation of the six cascade hydropower plants on the main stream of the Yangtze River reached 307.194 TWh, exceeding 300 TWh for the first time, demonstrating strong and reliable energy supply, highly commended by the National Development and Reform Commission and the power-receiving provinces and cities. The Company achieved its work safety "zero-accident, zero-fatality" targets for the 16th consecutive year.
