CYPC organized and participated in international seminars of the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD), the IEA Technology Cooperation Programme on Hydropower (IEA Hydro), etc. It also led the work of the secretariat of the Special Committee for Integrated Operation of Hydropower Stations and Reservoirs at the ICOLD. With these efforts, it aims to enhance scientific and technological innovation capabilities through open exchanges, train and reserve a group of inter-disciplinary talents boasting excellent professional skills and strong international exchange abilities, and expand its influence in the international hydropower industry.
