On the afternoon of May 11th, Wang Xiangxi, Secretary of Party Committee and Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, led a survey team to visit and investigate the control center of LDS in Peru, a subsidiary of CYPC, to gain a deeper understanding of the international business development of CYPC and the safety management of LDS. This survey was accompanied by Song Shuxin, Deputy Director of the National Fire and Rescue Administration, and Lai Hongzhou, First-Level Inspector from the Disaster Relief Department of the Ministry of Emergency Management.
Wang Xiangxi and his delegation visited the Control Center, Security Monitoring Center, and Customer Service Center of LDS in order, where they investigated the equipment and maintenance of emergency equipment such as fire protection and rescue in each area. They also put forward guiding opinions on the prevention and disposal of natural disasters and fires in key areas.
Wang Xiangxi pointed out that CYPC takes an initiative to align with the national development strategies. Leveraging its technological strengths and core competencies and tapping into the potential of international collaboration, CYPC addressed Peru's market demands and facilitated the global expansion of high-quality Chinese brands, exemplifying the mission-driven responsibility of a central state-owned enterprise. Under the control and management of CYPC, LDS has achieved impressive business performance in recent years.
Wang emphasized that CYPC needs to further improve its modern management system, strengthen the implementation of the work safety accountability system, and comprehensively enhance its risk prediction and emergency response capabilities. It is also required to strengthen risk dynamic monitoring through digital means and focus on preventing uncertain factors such as natural disasters, thereby ensuring that overseas projects are controllable, under control, and well-controlled throughout the entire lifecycle. Finally, he expected CYPC to fully demonstrate the company's advanced management experience and core technological strength, expand the influence of Chinese enterprises in the global energy sector through continuous technological innovation and system upgrading, thus setting industry benchmarks with higher management standards, and leading the coordinated development of the entire industry chain.
